When I was eighteen I lost the house my grandfather built to a government sale. I was in a car accident with a hinged cast from toe to hip – I was given a ride to the court house but arrived late. The judge said he did not need to hear any more, that’s it – case closed!
The memory of that day has stayed with me, and throughout my career in real estate as a contractor and engineer, I have seen many other instances where people missed the opportunity to recover THEIR money from the government.

So How Does This Work?
If you’ve received a call, an email, text, or a letter from me, it’s because I have found funds being held by the government that may be rightfully yours.
As a professional in this field, I know the ins and outs of government agencies in all states. If a government agency is holding your funds, I know how to get them. Since after a certain period of time elapses, the government may get to keep your funds, it’s always best to have professionals on your side. If a claim for your funds isn’t made in time, the funds will often “escheat” to the agency holding them, meaning you can no longer claim them.
It’s your money, and the government shouldn’t be able to take it from you!
My mission is to ensure that this never, ever happens. Your Case
You are not alone in having funds held by the government. I regularly audit government agencies throughout the country, digging through their public records in search of lost, missing, and unclaimed funds belonging to private citizens just like you.
Often these funds are held for only a brief period of time, after which the agency responsible for them may be permitted to seize them through a process called “escheatment”. I think private citizens losing their funds to faceless government agencies through a system rooted in feudal 16th century England is completely unfair and I am determined to prevent this from happening to anyone, especially you!
Your Claim
Once we have spoken and verbally agreed to let me work your claim, we’ll set up a time for you to sign some paperwork to allow us to get started. I work on a contingent basis – there are no out-of-pocket expenses to you. I’m paid ONLY upon successful collection of your claim. I cover ALL expenses related to the claim until it is paid, and if the claim is unsuccessful you owe me nothing.
Your Money
After receiving the paperwork package, I will send a local notary to collect it from you and overnight it back to myoffice. Claims are usually processed in 3-4 months depending on the complexity of the case, and your share of the claim, typically 60-70% of the funds collected, are remitted to you within 30 days of receipt.

Why Should I Use Your Company?
Most of the assets I locate aren’t available by searching the internet, and it’s unlikely that without the aid of a company like mine, that you’ll be notified of their existence by the agency holding them.
